Shipping Policy
At Hot Audio we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost.
We accept delivery express such as EMS, DHL and TNT, etc according to requirements from clients and local condition of the country. You are welcome to tell us which kind of delivery you want by E-mail to
info@hot-audio.com and we will quote you the corresponding delivery fee.
Please note:
• For the models we have in stock, all orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
• For the models we don't have in stock at the moment, all orders require 3-7 days of production time, we will keep you informed of the status with your order during the processing time
• Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.
Payment Policy
We gladly accept Western Union, T/T. After you place the order and confirmed with our sales people, we will send you the information for payment. 30% deposit needs to be sent in advance and the balance before delivery.
Warranty Policy
All products sold by Hot Audio.Com are brand new, first quality (never seconds) merchandise.
Hot Audio will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
Hot Audio.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
